Pull request overview
Fixes the redirect target for the “Start OSS Quickstart” CTA in the QuickStart tabs component so it points to the Quickstart Filter page instead of the Java samples section.

- Updated the OSS quickstart CTA link to
/docs/quickstart/quickstart-filter/ - Included additional JSX/template-literal reformatting in
QuickStartTabs.js(beyond the stated URL change)
